1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of CodeSecure India (CSI), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

CSI provides software development, web design, mobile app development, digital marketing, and related IT services. The specific terms for each project are outlined in individual service agreements or project contracts.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the deliverables as specified in the project agreement. CSI retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Limitation of Liability

CSI's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project relationship. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
